Example: The removal of all existing carpets, wallpaper, lighting fixtures temporarily remove and stored, including daily cleaning.
Construction
New material installation as per construction schedule, floor by floor review and sign-offs
Deficiency Review
Walkthrough with board members to ensure compliance to contract documents and finish schedule
Completion
Final detailed cleaning of all areas affected by renovation work and project handoff
